Training for 2009
After a bad broken leg that took over a year to bounce back from, I have started training again. I am running, do sprints and weights, I am back in the gym again. I have raced during this year, I just went out and ran the race and went home, and waited till the next race. I am going to hopefully compete at more nationals this year. But I feel better about my outcomes. Hope to see you at the races.
