BROCK Heffron Wins Sport Illustrated Kids Cover!!!!
Brock Heffron has been contacted by Sports Illustrated Kids and was given the news that he has won the voting (In the contest to be on the S.I. Kids cover) and he and his Dad will be flying to Indianapolis this Wednesday for a photo shoot for the cover.
Brock will have the opportunity to meet Peyton Manning at this photo shoot as well.
They do not have too many of the details yet but he was told to bring his BMX gear with him for the photo shoot.
The Heffrons have asked me to pass along their sincerest thank you's to the entire BMX Racing community for rallying around Brock and BMX Racing during this online voting.
They have been deeply touched by the amount of support that was given to this effort and recognize that this could not have happened without the support of the entire BMX Racing community.
They have stated that they will do whatever they can to make sure they represent BMX Racing the best that they can.
They will also try and pass along as many details as possible once they know more about them.
The ABA and Vintage BMX were instrumental in spreading the word on the vote, and this is a GREAT opportunity for BMX Racing to get some awesome national/international coverage.
Here's Brock's 'profile' from the S.I. Kids voting contest.
