season

some of you close to me know, today i was involved in a car accident. i was rearended by a driver causing injury to my right shoulder. now my doctors say take it easy for  a few days an that i am gonna be sore for a bit. but it happened so close to a local race day at southpark.
now normally i would step back in this situation, but i am gonna go against that and do my best to race this weekend at south park bmx track. i know there is a good chance my results will not be up to par pending how my shoulder feels, but i am gonan play thorugh the pain and ride as best i can.

if i am lucky maybe it will keep raining and the race will get posponed..lol

well the dust was there on my end. had some trouble getting the hang of the gate.. again.. as usual.. but i know. those damn random gates the NBL uses. i'll be fine though come saturday

first race of the season. i can't wait. i am excited, yet nervous. i got a good feeing about my success this season. got my tracer all fixed up and ready to kick some ass! it will be fun. hope to see you all out there!

i am getting alot of positive feedback about me racing bmx this year, but there is those few who keep asking "why am i racing this year, why not stay doing street/park/park. so i am making this blog to answer that question.

to those who know me, when i started riding it was bmx, then i evolved into riding street/dirt, teh thing is. over the years i always had that part fo me wanting to ride the track. compete. but i always went with the majority and ended up at a skatepark.. well with the birth of my company classic bmx, i know that for the company to grow, i have to  expand past the street/dirt riding. so why not go back to my roots. i have 8 other people in classic bmx riding street, dirt or park. so i took the initiative to race.  i am doing this for me.. not because someone asked me to. i am racing because i want to..

i hope that answers yoru question.
